About Me

Thank you for visiting my website. I’m a qualified counsellor with several years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. Over that time, I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of people navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and the everyday pressures that can sometimes feel overwhelming. My experience of counselling has allowed me to see that no two clients are the same and my therapy sessions are tailored to each clients unique experiences and needs.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you’re coming to counselling with something specific in mind or simply a sense that something doesn’t feel quite right, we can work together to help you gain clarity, resilience, and confidence. Throughout the week I work for 2 organisations providing counselling across several secondary schools and provisions supporting young people and adolescence with stuggles/challenges that they are facing.

Outside of my counselling work, I value balance and wellbeing in my own life too. As much as I am a professional in this role, I am a human and keeping a work life balance for me is a priority. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks, scenic drives and time spent with family and friends. These interests help me stay grounded and present, both personally and professionally. Being able to keep the balance between passion in my role to my clients and enjoying my lifestyle outside of the counselling environment.

Reaching out for counselling support can feel like a huge step. My role as a counsellor is to make that step feel safe and help make you feel supported. If you’re looking for a counsellor who will listen with empathy, respect your individuality, and work collaboratively with you toward meaningful change, I would be honoured to support you on your journey through counselling.
